How often does a landlord need an EICR in Scotland?
For rented homes, electrical installations should be inspected at least every five years, with valid documentation kept for the tenancy. A new inspection may also be advisable following major electrical work or where the previous report recommends an earlier review.
Can you arrange all of my landlord certificates together?

What happens if the EICR identifies remedial work?
You’ll receive a report that explains the observations and classification codes. We’ll talk you through what is urgent, what is recommended and provide a separate, transparent quote for remedial work where appropriate.
